Where the physical meets the campaign

IoT & RFID

Connected devices give a campaign a body in the room — RFID and NFC for access and cashless spend, sensors and beacons that read how people move and engage, and screens and installations that respond in real time. We plan the hardware, the network, and the data flow as one system, so what happens on the floor lands cleanly in a dashboard.

How we work

Our methodology

Hardware is unforgiving on the day, so we design for the venue, the crowd, and the failure modes first. Connectivity, power, and a clear data path matter more than the gadget.

Define the moment

Agree what the device should do for the guest and for the brand — entry, payment, personalisation, engagement, or measurement — and what data it must return.

Choose the tech

Select tags, readers, sensors, and beacons, size the network and power, and specify the fallback for when Wi-Fi or a cable drops.

Build & rehearse

Integrate readers with the guest list, CRM, or payment layer, then load-test and run a full on-site rehearsal before doors open.

Run & read

Staff the floor, monitor devices live, and stream check-ins, taps, and dwell data into a dashboard the client can watch during the event.

Typical deliverables

Solution design, hardware specification and sourcing plan, network and power plan, reader-to-CRM/payment integration, on-site installation and testing, staff briefing, live monitoring, real-time dashboard, and a post-event data export.

Connected-device installations

Related projects

These installations combined physical devices — cameras, tablets, and synced hardware — with live data capture and sharing. They are the foundation the RFID and sensor work extends.
