MO·MENTS 2025 was a closed-door, executive-only forum hosted in Hong Kong from 28–30 April 2025 by Ant International and GFTN. Under the banner Moments Ahead, the event looked at global connectivity, super payments and an AI-driven super-app ecosystem.
The Forum brought together 380+ executive leaders from the global digital payments industry, with 54 speakers across 35 sessions. The programme included an outlook from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and keynotes and panels with leaders from Ant International, Mastercard, SWIFT, NPCI, Paytm, HSBC and other institutions.
Managed invitations, confirmations and a live guest list for C-suite delegates and speakers. Onsite we coordinated registration, room flow, speaker handling and last-minute list changes without disrupting the closed-door format.
Arrival was designed for speed and discretion: structured lanes, accredited check-in, and a short path from door to session — appropriate for an executive-only forum.
RFID gave operations live visibility on attendance and movement through the venue. The same data fed session control on the day and a clean attendance record after the event.
Beyond the main agenda, we planned and executed side programmes for invited delegates — itinerary, host liaison, timing and onsite accompaniment — so off-agenda visits sat cleanly alongside the Forum schedule.
