The Women Power Forum 2026 successfully brought together 380 global leaders, policy makers and scholars from 27 countries to foster cross-border collaboration and elevate female leadership. Hosted on April 1, 2026, at the Shun Tak Centre in Hong Kong, the fourth edition of this flagship event operated under the central theme “Women Across Nations: Unite to Prosper”.
Organized by the Hong Kong Federation of Women, the forum served as a high-level platform to address the evolving role of women in rapidly changing global industries. The event featured an opening address by Hong Kong Chief Executive John Lee and key sessions with high-profile leaders, including HKEX CEO Bonnie Y Chan and Olympic champion Eileen Gu.
Invitations, confirmations and a live guest list for international delegates, speakers and distinguished guests. On the day we coordinated registration, seating notes, VIP handling and floor flow so the house stayed on brief.
Arrival was designed for speed and courtesy: clear lanes, structured check-in, and a short path from door to seat — including protocol handling for senior officials and guest speakers.
Planned and executed a full-day programme for overseas women’s association delegates, connecting them with Hong Kong charity associations and Mainland companies. Scope covered itinerary design, liaison with host organisations, onsite accompaniment, timing and logistics from morning briefing through the last visit.
